Today is Family Health And Fitness Day so let's get moving! Now's the time to teach the kids how to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. Grab the whole family and head out for a hike, a game of bowling or how about a challenging game of tag in the back yard? It really is important to eat right and get adequate exercise and if kids don't learn at an early age, it's very difficult for them to adapt later.
