I'm sure plenty of you frugalites freeze corn to enjoy for the winter months, and I'm no exception. I just got done processing 53 ears today (that I received for FREE in return for a favor to a co-worker). I wanted to share a trick with all of you if you don't already know it. When cutting the kernels off of the corn, use a bundt pan. Put the ear in the middle of the pan and use an electric knife to cut off all of the kernels. The kernels will fall neatly into the pan and you can get through an ear in less than 30 seconds. Love it!
