This is truly one of my most favorite things to eat in the summer. I serve with homemade pita chips sprinkled with cinammon sugar or graham crackers. It is wonderful! It's a great way to use up lone pieces of fruit that are left behind. Chop the fruit small (I use one of those mini-choppers) until you have about 2 cups. Add 1/2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of your favorite marmalade. I would suggest using at least one citrus fruit to preserve the colors and steer clear of bananas as they don't keep well. Enjoy!
