Swim A Lap Day

Today is Swim A Lap Day, which can be beneficial in so many ways! Today you should jump into the pool, lake, pond...whatever...and swim a lap. Just one lap. Savor the way the water feels on your skin, take note to your muscles all working together. You will be refreshed, energized and wanting to do it more! Swimming is terrific exercise and of course now is the season! So take a few minutes to get re-acquainted with the art of swimming. I think you'll like it!
