Let It Go Day

Today is official "Let It Go Day". It's a day to for you to decide to "let go" of those things that have your mind filled with worry and stress. So at least for today, concentrate on the good, positive things in your life. See the wonders the world has to offer and relish in them. Take up yoga, go for a long bike ride or just sit on your front porch and really take in the sights. It's important that we all take time to stop and focus on relieving our stress, not just for our emotional health, but our physical health as well. So, at least for today.....let it go...
