Not only are communities, organizations and individuals participating in Earth Day, but some national businesses are doing their part as well. Here's some of the promotions you can take part in on Earth Day:
- Bring in three plastic bottles to any Disney Store and receive a free gift on April 22, 2009. (Mickey Mouse tote bag)
- Free Roll of Reynold's Wrap foil from 100% recycled aluminum. This is a downloadable rebate which you can mail in. It only works on April 22, 2009 after 4:22 am EDT. You can sign up HERE.
- Earthbound Farms is also giving away a free tote bag if you are the first 10,000 people every week in the month of April to request for it. You just have to read and do a little pledge. You can read more about it HERE.
These are just a few...take a look at some of your favorite brands' companies and see if they're participating. What a great way to support businesses that are "going green"!
