Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

I discovered a recipe for chicken drumsticks that is frugal, easy and so very tasty! I had come across a package of 12 drumsticks on sale for a little over $3.00, so I grabbed them and looked for a recipe that was "something different". Well, I found it. The sauce comes out thick, sticky ooey, gooey and so flavorful!

Spicy Drumsticks:

10 chicken drumsticks (2 lb.)
salt and pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano (I used 1 1/2 tsp)
2 teaspoons ground cumin (I used 1 tsp chili powder)

~Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
~Put drumsticks in the baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
~Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
~In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
~Take drumsticks out of the oven and pour sauce mixture over them.
~Bake the drumsticks for 30 minutes or until juice run clear.

Give it a try! I think you'll really like it!
